It has been a long road but, I've graduated Grand Canyon University! I now have my Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Nursing with a leadership focus. OSB has delivered our first two harvests to ALASKABuds and Green Jar. Old Skl and I harvest once a week due to the fact we are a limited cultivation with a perpetual grow. Old Skl and I give special attention to each crop for you to enjoy.

The Girdwood Forest Festival 2016 was all that it promised to be and more. The food was great and the booths were filled with crafts and artwork done by true Alaskan artisans. OldSkl and I did not mind the traffic because we are blessed to have a Harley to ride to Girdwood. We met with friends, Josie and Cameron from JKD Brands to enjoy the festival and listen to music. While in Girdwood, we had the opportunity to discuss the Cannabis industry. We made some connections with our southern Alaska neighbors. Our friend Darby from Alaskan Hand Blown Glass and his lovely wife Megan opened their home to us and we would like to thank them for their kindness. We have the same feeling for our friend Darby so we would like to quote him "Big LOVE".

To all those battling breast cancer, we would like you to know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Keep up the good fight. We are inspired by the survivors of breast cancer. A big shout out to all those that walked in our group. Those people inclued Jim, Kelly, and Josphine Dyer of JKD Brands; Caleb and Bailey from Green Jar; Tammy Miller from Alaska Buds and her daughter Sam; the new addition to our team Cameron Kuhle.
Old Skl and Buffie support Red Nose Day. Today was a very good day. We went to the Alaska Marijuana Control Board and got our handlers permit. The people that work at the MCB were very pleasant and helpful. Thank you to Kim Kole for the instruction. We recommend taking the handlers class by Kim Kole at www.handlealaska.com to anyone interested in the marijuana industry.

Sunday was another beautiful day in Anchorage, AK. The NWCC was busy with many people interested in the cannabis industry. There were people that came up from the Kenai, down from Denali to meet in Anchorage and attend. Creative people were sharing ideas and networking with others in the industry. It was a fun time. The Anchorage Police were curious, polite and mindful. Old Skl and I are looking forward to next year.

Today was great. OldSkl and I were at the NWCC in Anchorage, Alaska. We had the opportunity to meet many forward thinking individuals in Alaska's budding cannabis industry. OldSkl and I are in the beginning stages of our journey. First, we are sending a special thank you to Jim, Kelly and Josie from JKD Brands for including us in this special event. I would like to acknowledge some of the people that stopped by our table and gave us some inspiration and insight. We are thankful for the encouraging comments on our branding. OldSkl and I would like to thank Tiffani Bishop and Kevin from Denali's Cannabis Cache, Chris Rock from Cannabis 49, Max Salazar from Building Solutions, Will Schneider from Catalyst Cannabis Co., Rick Ballow and Connie from Herbal Outfitters in Valdez, Caleb and Bailey from Green Jar in the Matsu, and the whole crew from Cheeky Monkey.
